Shrimp with jalapeños, cheese and bacon
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled
1 package bacon
3 jalapeño peppers, cut into slices
Pepper jack cheese, but into slices
Prep and cooking:
Working with one shrimp at a time, wrap a piece of cheese, slice of pepper and shrimp in bacon. Grill as a bundle of deliciousness or pop 'em in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Serve with cornbread (or corn on the cob) and call it a meal!
